Hello there. Yes. We are behind again — as usual. These are the colour choices by month for 2026 via the Color Name website.

Many are opting to use the colour orange for June 2026. Hmmmm. Here is the full list.

Christmas Red

Christmas Red has the hex code #C30F16. The equivalent RGB values are (195, 15, 22), which means it is composed of 84% red, 6% green and 9% blue. The CMYK color codes, used in printers, are C:0 M:92 Y:89 K:24. In the HSV/HSB scale, Christmas Red has a hue of 358°, 92% saturation and a brightness value of 76%.

Christmas red is an almost fully-saturated deep red color, typically, associate with the holiday season and Christmas in particular. It goes well with green, gold, silver and even blue.

National Umbrella Day

Did you know the umbrella has its own day? The National Day Calendar celebrates it on the 10th of February. How very cool.

Vivian decided to use the umbrella as inspiration for a cool and colorful hat. The result is bright and fun. The Hattingdon umbrella hat is done in sections of red, yellow, green and blue with details in black. She named it Raine.
