Delores is one of the earliest hats Vivian designed and created for Hattingdon. The hat now comes in three colors — classic black, luscious pink and just added — a gorgeous lilac.
Oh yeah. Take a look.
Delores in Classic Black.

Delores in Luscious Lilac.
She looks absolutely smashing in these hats.
Thank you for spending time with us. We hope it gave you a “hatful of smiles”.
From us to you, have a safe and happy day. We give thanks for all the bountiful goodness we receive, especially our freedom. Our gratitude is great.

• An Ode
Oh, glorious day of freedom won, With banners high and spirits bright, We honor those whose deeds are done, Their courage shining in the light.
The sky adorned with bursts of cheer, As fireworks paint the heavens bold, Reminding us of those held dear, Their stories in our hearts retold.
From sea to shining sea, we see, The dream of freedom in our eyes. Oh, Independence Day we hail, In freedom’s light, we persevere.
This ode celebrates the 4th of July, paying tribute to the courage and sacrifice of those who fought for our freedom. It reflects the collective pride and unity experienced during this special day.

This is a very, very early classic hat, and one of our favourites. The colors are marvelous. Let’s start from the top.
The hat’s black dome is patterned in turquoise, magenta, lime and yellow polka dots, followed by a turquoise hatband, and a large magenta brim. Turquoise nosebobs complete the look!
Katie Classic Hat.
Oh. Just for fun, the technical names of the colors used for the polka dots are dark cyan, magenta, alien armpit and electric yellow.
Alien armpit? Hard to believe, but yes, alien armpit. It is the green we used — hex code #66cc00. What a hoot. It gave us a good ol’ chuckle and we bet it will you too. Read about it here »
You see. We are more than “just pretty hats”. Wink.
We are joining in World Social Media Day celebrations this year, June 30th. Hattingdon does not have a hat for it per se — but she has a gorgeous tied head scarf called Skylar. More below. But first, a little bit about the day.
People use social media for an average of 144 minutes every single day.
First, there was the telephone, then the fax machine, and then social media — a revolutionary way of communicating. Since its creation, people have been able to connect with each other like never before.
World Social Media Day was launched by Mashable on June 30, 2010. It was born as a way to recognize social media’s impact on global communication and to bring the world together to celebrate it.
Friends and family can connect at any moment, and marketers have been able to reach consumers in an entirely new fashion. In fact, people use social media for an average of 144 minutes every single day. Because of its impact on society over the years, Social Media Day was born on June 30, and it has continued to grow in popularity ever since.”
