September Color Palette ’25

Happy Fall Colours 2025

Hey there. Thank you for stopping by. Look at this. How delicious are these colors? There are some really nice ones, but not a whole lot that will suit Hattingdon this time around.

Love Lava Falls and Martini Olive. Take a look.

What are your favorites? Any colors that make your heart go pitter patter? We love Samoan Sun and Cool Taupe. Martini Olive looks interesting too.

See you again soon. Love, Hattingdon & Co.

It’s Fall 2023

Autumn Hattingdon wears a cap featuring an array of colorful Fall leaves.
Open quote in Hattingdon brown.

The first day of fall is Saturday, September 23, 2023—the same day as the autumn equinox—in the Northern Hemisphere. The date varies slightly year to year, but it is usually September 22 or 23. On rare occasions, it can fall on September 21 or 24,” writes Country Living.

We celebrate the day with Hattingdon’s colorful and charming “Autumn” hat . . . .

Nothing Gold Can Stay

by Robert Frost

Nature’s first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf’s a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay.

From A Poem for Every Night of the Year, October 1923

Autumn

by Vivian Grant

Hattingdon just had to have a new hat and decided on an Autumn inspired one (although she already has the darling Asher Top Hat). Here it is, named a just a bit predictably (smile) . . . Autumn.

We have two versions of her new Fall leaf crown hat. Which one do you prefer? The one beginning with the gold leaf or green leaf?
