Hey. We have not done a Flashback in a very, very long time, and have a lovely treat in store for you with this one.

It is without a doubt one of Vivian’s all time favourite designs — ever! And you can see why. It is colorful and fun and absolutely adorable. What more could you possibly want?

It is amazing that Vivian created this design in 2017 when she was first starting out. Wonderful — with the promise of more wonderful hats to come.

Hey there. Thank you for stopping by. Like so many others recently, we have been snowed in. So what did Hattingdon creator & designer Vivian do? Work on Hattingdon of course. What else?

Vivian writes: “For a long time I have wanted to do a bowler hat for Hattingdon. It is such a handsome look on gentlement and the ladies too. As most of you know, I rarely do just one of anything. In this case, the hat stays the same, but the walking sticks are different. One even has a floral motif. How fun.”

Brrrrr. Baby it’s cold outside. How about a fabulous hat to warm us up? Vivian was inspired by the gorgeous lavender colour in the painting above.

The Hat

Hattingdon wears a stylishly delicious lavender and white faux fur winter hat with lavender ties featuring matching fluffy pom poms. How sweet it is. How luxurious.

Some years ago Vivian experimented with the idea of a Hattingdon magazine. She named it Hatsquisite. This is the only remaining cover we have, which we just happened to find on an old flashdrive. What do you think?

The design is “so Vivian” isn’t it? Wish she would go further with idea. She may be reconsidering it. By the way that name — Sassy Topper, hahaha! What an imagination the old gal has. Wink.
